BARGERSVILLE, IN — CMS Corporation (CMS) has been awarded a $5.5 million mechanical contract by Messer Construction Co. for Indiana University’s (IU) McNutt Quadrangle North Residence Hall Renovation project in Bloomington, IN. CMS will be responsible for the demolition of the existing hot water and chilled water piping loop and risers, installation of a new 4-pipe system and 400 vertical fan coil units, air distribution systems, and a Siemens facility management system.
