Skilled Trades
CMS typically self-performs at least 20% of the scope of work on our construction projects. We have the capability to self-perform a higher percentage on many projects, including projects that involve mechanical work. As a result, skilled tradespeople are integral to our success. We encourage each skilled trades Team Member to excel in their trades by offering training and the latest in tools and equipment. Most importantly, safety is a priority with us on every project.
