CMS is proud to be a good neighbor and a responsible corporate citizen. CMS supports numerous worthy causes through contributions of both time and money. We select groups or activities we think will make a difference in people’s lives, and make our communities better places to live and work. CMS is committed to donating over $10,000 per year to deserving organizations and charities in the communities it serves.

We have found that people who are active in their communities are wholly committed to doing their best in every aspect of their lives and work. In addition to our financial contributions, CMS employees have donated their own time, talent and money to do good works.

CMS is also committed to partnering with industry and business groups to support small business growth and development and the highest professional standards. We are active members of the Society of American Military Engineers, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Building Council, the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety, and the US Green Building Council. Our employees are active in these organizations, often holding leadership positions, and we are proud to support their work.

Finally, we believe that sometimes the best way to make a big difference is by investing in America’s future. Our internship program offers a hand up to the next generation of business professionals, giving promising high school and college students the chance to gain real-world experience in finance, construction, and engineering.
