Mentor-Protégé Agreement

CMS received approval from the U.S. Small Business Administration on April 26, 2006, for the Mentor-Protégé Agreement. CMS is proud to be the first 8(a)/SDB-certified company in Indiana to be accepted into this program. TolTest, Inc. is the Mentor in the Mentor Protégé Agreement for CMS. TolTest, Inc. will enhance the development of CMS by providing assistance that may include technical, administrative, managerial, financial, subcontracting, and performance with CMS in the form of joint venture arrangements.
