This TO has a value of $207 K and was awarded under POCA IDIQ contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Arizona/Nevada Area Office.

CMS was awarded the contract for the Performance Oriented Construction Activity (POCA) IDIQ by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Arizona/Nevada Area Office. This contract has a value of $3 M (ceiling) and a period of performance of three years September 2006/September 2009.

CMS was awarded the contract for the “Demolition of Bldgs. 3209, 3211, 3312, 521, 220, & 2C” at NAVFAC Midwest. This was CMS’ first 8(a) competitive proposal. This project was awarded to “CMS Corp./Toltest JV” under the Mentor-Protégé agreement. The corporation and its team are excited to get started on the $2.1 M contract.

CMS was awarded the contract for Naval Support Activity (NSA) to design, build, and replace the heating system in Building 155. On-site construction will commence July 5, 2006. The design firm selected by CMS for this project is Thermal Tech from Cincinnati, Ohio.
